Inside an Afghan US air operations base

The BBC has been granted rare access to a top secret US Air Force facility in the Middle East that co-ordinates US military air strikes in Afghanistan.

There has been growing criticism about the numbers of civilians killed there as a result of aerial bombing.

In one of the worst cases, 90 people were killed earlier this year in the remote town of Nauerbad. Ian Pannell reports.
