Gas used at Montenegro rally

Police used tear gas on demonstrators protesting against the Montenegro government decision to recognise Kosovo, which declared independence in February.

Around 10,000 people from across the country protested in the capital Podgorica.

Some waved Serbian flags and demanded a reversal of the decision. Some 30 protesters were arrested.

Flaming torches were thrown at police and rocks were thrown at the parliament building, smashing windows.
