Germany boosts Russian business

As the US calls for tough measures against Moscow, Germany has made it clear that it is reluctant to isolate Russia, by putting politics aside and continuing with 'business as usual'.

The Chancellor Angela Merkel will be visiting St Petersburg for talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Thursday, to continue to improve relations.

Steve Rosenberg reports from Berlin.
