German citizen test 'too hard'


A multiple-choice test to qualify for German citizenship is proving controversial.

The government insists new immigrants should have a good grasp of German and the country's customs and culture.

But many politicians say the test is too hard - even for born and bred Germans - and Turkish community leaders argue it adds another hurdle for immigrants.

Tristana Moore reports from Berlin.
