Kyrgyzstan babies in HIV outbreak

Dozens of babies are believed to have been infected with HIV in hospitals in Kyrgyzstan and new cases are still emerging.

It is alleged that doctors charged parents for equipment that they had already used on other patients. Natalya Antelava reports.
