Four Greek schoolchildren have been arrested for the murder of an 11-year-old Georgian boy who went missing in February, police have said.
Two of the boys, said to be in their early teens, are said to have confessed to beating Alex Meshiesvili to death.
They then buried his body on a building site near the school they all attended in Veria, northern Greece, police said.
Witnesses said the suspects bullied the boy for several months, and that the boy's parents had alerted the school.
Investigators have begun searching the site for the body.
Chryssoula Mavraki, head of the Child's Smile, a Greek child protection charity, said police made the arrests following an anonymous telephone tip-off on Friday.
Meshiesvili's disappearance received wide coverage in the Greek media.
