The international peacekeeping force in Kosovo has expressed alarm at the number of attacks against its soldiers in the region.
A Kfor spokesman issued a reminder that its troops will defend themselves if threatened.
The comment follows an outbreak of violence last night which saw various attacks on Nato forces, including three attacks on Russian checkpoints.
One soldier received a slight wound.
The spokesman said peacekeepers have come under attack about thirty times since they arrived in the region.
