Albania cuts Yugoslavia contacts
Albania has said it wants no further contact with Yugoslavia while President Slobodan Milosevic is in power.
Albania has pulled out of a regional conference in Romania at the end of this month because it says Yugoslavia will be attending.
The foreign minister, Paskal Milo, told the BBC that until President Milosevic goes, Albania wants no contact at all with Yugoslavia.
