At least one person has been killed and five injured in a collision on a Swiss motorway tunnel, reports say.
Several trucks and a car collided and burst into flames in the one kilometre-long Baregg tunnel in the Aargau canton on Wednesday.
A police spokesman said rescuers were likely to find more bodies in the wreckage.
The accident blocked the main motorway between Zurich and the Swiss capital, Berne.
"One truck pushed another truck into a car," a spokesman told Reuters news agency.
"The car was crushed and burst into flames. The truck was also set on fire. We have five light injuries but we do not yet know the number of dead people in the totally destroyed car."
Eleven people died in 2001 when two lorries collided in the Swiss Gotthard tunnel, sparking a 20-hour blaze.
