The Montenegrin President, Milo Djukanovic, is continuing his tour of Western European capitals, despite harsh criticism from his opponents.
He is shortly due to have talks in Paris with the French President, Jacques Chirac, on the political situation in Yugoslavia and the possibilities of a political solution in Kosovo.
Mr Djukanovic began his tour in Germany -- a visit his opponents say is unconstitutional, because Yugoslavia, which Montenegro is a part of, has broken off its diplomatic relations with Bonn.
The opposition in Montenegro, which backs President Slobodan Milosevic of Yugoslavia, says it wants Mr Djukanovic impeached.
