Azeri minister visits Turkey


The Azeri foreign minister, Tofig Zulfugarov, is in Turkey for talks on improving bilateral relations.

The minister, who is on a three-day official visit, is expected to meet President Suleyman Demirel, the prime minister, Bulent Ecevit and the Foreign minister, Ismail Cem for talks on regional security.

He is also expected to discuss the project to build an oil pipeline from Baku to Ceyhan and ways of settling the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.
