0945 GMT: Meeting on the steps of Parliament with British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Northern Ireland Secretary Peter Mandelson, First Minister David Trimble and Deputy First Minister Seamus Mallon. 1445 GMT: President Clinton speaks at the Odyssey Centre.
