If there's a burning question you need answering on the Euro Championships, send it to BBC football statistician Albert Sewell.
Just enter your question in the box below and find out if Albert has tackled your query by visiting 'Albert's Answers'.
Albert, Rochdale
"What is the highest-scoring penalty shoot-out in the history of the European Championship finals?"
It happened in Italy in 1980, when the competition was known as the Nations Cup. Czechoslovakia beat Italy 9-8 in the penalty contest after a 1-1 draw in the third-place play-off in Naples.
Nigel Meehan, UK
"Who were the other forwards England took with Lineker, Hateley and Beardsley to the 1986 World Cup in Mexico?"
They were Chelsea's Kerry Dixon and Watford's John Barnes. They each made one substitute appearance in those finals.
Worried, Manchester
"Do England have a match at the start of next season before the World Cup qualifier against Germany at Wembley on October 7?"
Yes, they play France in a friendly in Paris on 2 September. Plenty for Kevin Keegan to sort out there before his World Cup 'starter' against Germany.
Lee Farndon, England
"Where will the 2004 European Championship be held?"
Portugal are taking special interest in how Holland and Belgium have been staging Euro 2000 because Uefa have awarded them the finals of the next tournament.
Neill, London
"What are the most goals scored in the final series of the European Championship?"
The Euro 2000 total of 79 goals up to and including the quarter-finals leaves well behind the previous best total of 64 for the whole tournament in England in 1996.
Hamish, Edinburgh
"How have the number of matches increased at the European Championship Finals since the competition began?"
There were four matches in the final series of 1960 and 1964; five in 1968; four in 1972 and 1976; 14 in 1980; 15 in 1984, 1988 and 1992;31 in 1996 and 2000.
Matt, UK
"How often have the two countries reaching the European Championship Final met in their group in the first round?"
It's happened twice before. Holland beat the USSR 2-0 in the 1988 final after losing 1-0 to them in the group, and in the last European Championship Germany beat the Czech Republic 2-0 in the first round and 2-1 in the final.
Robert, Scotland
"Is this the worst ever performance by an England side at a major championship?"
No. In 1988 England lost all three of their group matches. They began with a 1-0 defeat at the hands of the Republic of Ireland, Ray Houghton scored the winning goal. England then went on to lose 3-1 to Holland and then by the same score to Russia. Holland and Russia went on to contest the final, where Holland won 2-0 and Marco Van Basten scored that goal.
Janine, Wales
"What is the highest number of games that have been decided by penalty shoot-outs in a European Championship finals?"
Four at Euro 1996 in England. England and France both won quarter-finals via shoot-outs, and both saemi-finals were won in the same way by Germany and the Czech Republic.
Roger, Bath
"How many players appeared in every England match this season, including Euro 2000?"
Two. Alan Shearer started all 12 matches, Phillip Neville started 8, and went on as substitute in the other four.
Grant Coleby, England
"Why did Germany, the defending champions, have to play qualification matches for Euro 2000 whereas in the World Cup the holders qualify automatically for the next tournament?"
It's just that the qualification rules are different. Only the host countries get automatic entry in the European Championship, as Belgium and Holland did for Euro 2000.
