Vladimir Jugovic
Jugovic, who made made his international debut against Czechoslovakia in August 1991, conducts play with his array of distribution skills. He played in all of Yugoslavia's games in France 98 but missed practically all of the Euro 2000 qualifying campaign through injury. Now aged 30, Jugovic won the European Cup and league title in his first year with Red Star Belgrade in 1991, and then begun his travels. He moved first to Sampdoria where he impressed with 19 goals in three seasons and won the Italian Cup in 1994 playing alongside Gianluca Vialli. His penalty in the 1996 European Cup final secured a memorable victory for Juventus against Ajax. Jugovic signed for Lazio a year later, subsequently moved to Athletico Madrid, and now plays in Italy again for Internazionale.
