Niclas Alexandersson
He scored the winning goals against Bulgaria and Luxembourg that ensured Sweden's Euro qualification. Combines goal scoring acumen with a skilful, hard running style that enables Sweden to hit teams hard on the break. Has 39 caps, starting with a debut against Austria in 1993, and five international goals. Moved to Sheffield Wednesday in 1998 after international colleague Roland Nilsson recommended him to Ron Atkinson.
