Kevin Keegan
He somehow awoke the sleeping giant of Newcastle, guiding them from the bottom of the First Division to second in the Premiership. Then, after a well-deserved break from football, Keegan moved back into management with Fulham and took them back into the First Division before accepting the England job on a four-game trial. The former European Player of the Year impressed in his first few games in international management and helped England scrape through to Euro 2000 via the play-offs. Keegan's strengths are his fantastic motivational powers and the stylish attacking football which he encourages his sides to play. However, the English media are still sceptical over Keegan's playing strategy and believe his tactical naivety could lead to England failing in the Low Countries. However, if Keegan can keep the country behind him and make the most of the talent available to him, then there's no reason why he can't guide England to European glory.
