Martin Jorgensen
Jorgensen's skill is undeniable, but he is yet to influence games as decisively as the Laudrups once could. He has been in impressive recent form in Serie A for Udinese, and scored two goals in the Danes' Euro qualifiers. He is still best remembered for the moment he became a Danish national hero: a goal against Brazil in the opening minute of their World Cup match in France 98. Jorgensen is fast approaching a quarter of a century of caps and is expected to add to his three international goals at Euro 2000. He has been ever present in the Danish side since debuting in a 1-0 victory over Scotland in 1998.
