England coach Kevin Keegan makes two changes from the side beaten by Portugal, as Martin Keown and Dennis Wise replace the injured Tony Adams and Steve McManaman.

Germany make four changes, as strikers Carsten Jancker and Ulf Kirsten come in after captain Oliver Bierhoff is ruled out through injury.
