One of the biggest Hollywood disaster films ever made is set to open in more than 40 countries.
2012, starring John Cusack, is an end of the world epic, set in the year when some believe a global cataclysm will take place as the current cycle of an ancient Mayan calendar comes to an end.
But is the film a special-effects tour de force or, as some are describing it, 'disaster pornography'?
