Claire tight-lipped on bosom pal
Big Brother contestant Claire
Claire refused to be drawn on her feelings for Craig
The latest Big Brother contestant to be evicted from the household has refused to be drawn on her feelings for fellow housemate Craig.

Claire Strutton, 25, also revealed at a press conference that she has not yet had a proper reunion with her boyfriend of nine years.

The florist from Buckinghamshire entered the compound two weeks ago following the unceremonious eviction of "Nasty" Nick for cheating.

But viewers overwhelmingly voted her out of the 24-hour surveillance building after she was nominated by her fellow housemates.

Claire has been seen on frequent occasions frolicking with fellow housemate Craig, who survived his third nomination this week, and many suspect a mutual attraction between the pair.

But at a press conference following her departure on Friday Claire refused to be drawn on her feelings for the Liverpudlian builder.

Claire said that although she had not had a chance to have a proper reunion with her boyfriend, Troy, as far as she was concerned the relationship remained intact.

"Yes, as far as I know everything with Troy is fine," she said. "I haven't really had enough time to do anything to be honest."

Duvet frolics

Craig and Claire were seen frolicking under a duvet, sharing intimate moments in a jacuzzi and larking around with eggs and water in the garden.

But she put her close relationship with Craig during her two weeks in the Big Brother house down to boredom.

She said: "I was getting a bit bored sometimes, so you were just thinking about what you were going to do with the day.

One of the first things Claire did when she left the Big Brother compound was to meet her new baby brother, Josh, who was born two weeks ago.

She said she had had no expectations of staying in the show long enough to win Big Brother's 70,000 prize and was not surprised to have been nominated for eviction.

Next week will see the final eviction before viewers decide who will be the winner.

Bookmakers William Hill say Craig is now 2/7 favourite to win the cash prize for being the last remaining housemate after surviving his head to head with Claire.

Anna is now 10/3 second favourite. Melanie is at 8/1 and Darren is the 16/1 outsider.
