ABBA and Genesis join Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

ABBA stars Frida Lyngstad and Benny Anderson picked up their award as the Swedish band were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

English rockers turned eighties' pop group Genesis were honoured too, but were missing former singer Peter Gabriel who could not be there.

They were joined by Jimmy Cliff and Iggy Pop and The Stooges.
