Speeding up the Oscars speeches

The Oscars organisers are giving this year's show a makeover. They want to make it faster and more entertaining - and cut out boring acceptance speeches.

So how will they do it? Peter Bowes met Tom Sherak, the President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science, at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
