How Avatar's effects were generated

BBC News visits Framestore, the only British company involved in the production James Cameron's sci-fi fantasy Avatar, to get an insight into the computer-generated effects and stereoscopic film-making used.

The film has been four years in the making and will be released in both 2D and 3D formats.
