The estranged wife of Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood has been voted off Strictly Come Dancing after getting the show's lowest ever score for a Samba. Jo Wood's performance with professional dancer Brendan Cole was dubbed a "dance disaster" and "samba hell" by judges. The pair scored just 14 and were beaten in the dance-off by athlete Jade Johnson and Ian Waite. Actress Ali Bastian and Brian Fortuna landed the highest score of the latest BBC series so far, 37. 'Musical bypass' Judge Bruno Tonioli told Wood "You dragged poor Brendan into samba hell" before Craig Revel Horwood added: "It was a complete dance disaster." Despite the criticism, she said she had "enjoyed every second". Olympic track and field star Johnson and her partner found themselves in the bottom two places despite a respectable score of 32. But Wood could not improve on her earlier performance despite dancing to one of her favourite nightclubbing songs - Superstitious by Stevie Wonder. Hollyoaks and The Bill star Bastian and her partner were awarded three nine-point scores and a rare 10 after dancing the American Smooth. Tonioli said: "I knew you had it, I've been waiting six weeks, it's magic time!" Coronation Street star Craig Kelly and partner Flavia Cacace were only saved from the indignity of the lowest score by Wood's effort. After earning just 18 points, judge Alesha Dixon said: "I can see you are trying but it's like your body has a mind of its own." Tonioli said the actor had "a total musical bypass".
