Turner Prize 2009 nominees on display

The Tate has announced the four artists who have been shortlisted for the Turner Prize 2009.

They are Enrico David, Roger Hiorns, Lucy Skaer and Richard Wright.

The work from Lucy Skaer includes everyday found objects and a whale's skull.

Richard Wright's paintings are made directly onto the surface of the gallery's wall.

The work from Enrico David includes a sinister rag doll, and Roger Hiorns displays a pulverised jet engine.
