Chaka and Lulu uniting for tour

Singing stars Chaka Khan, Lulu and Anastacia are to tour the UK together, it has been announced.

Their show, called Here Come The Girls, will encompass 20 dates and begin in Edinburgh on 21 November.

Lulu, famed for hits including Shout and Boom-Bang-A-Bang, said the three-handed show would be a "celebration of us women".

Chaka Khan, best known for her song I'm Every Woman, said the idea for the show "caught my imagination".

The tour is due to wrap up in Belfast on 21 December.

US star Anastacia, who had surgery for breast cancer in 2003, said: "I've long been an admirer of both Lulu and Chaka Khan so it's a dream come true to be touring with them."

Tickets for the three divas' tour will go on sale on 18 September.
