Natalie Carter has been chosen to train with the world-famous Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow.

She becomes only the fourth Briton to be selected to study at the prestigious school in more than 230 years.

The 16-year-old will fly out at the end of the month and then begin intensive Russian lessons and ballet classes to bring her up to the school's extremely high standards.

Natalie spoke to Martha Kearney on Radio 4's The World At One about how she was picked to train at the Bolshoi.
