Jackson ticket offer for fans

Fans of Michael Jackson who bought tickets for his UK concerts have been offered a full refund or a souvenir ticket as an alternative.

An estimated 800,000 people spent between £50 and £75 to see the star at London's O2 Arena, and promoter AEG Live hopes the offer will help it absorb some of the £50m of lost business.
