Most major touring rock bands have a roadie travelling with them - but what do they really do, and why are they so important? From lugging drum kits to fixing guitars, the roadie's job is never done.

Bob Webber has been a roadie for the Counting Crows for several years. He's also worked for Pink Floyd, REM, Peter Gabriel and lots of others.

At Wembley Arena before a gig, he reveals the secrets of his job.
