Heath Ledger's last film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, has premiered in Cannes.

When the young actor died halfway through filming, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell were cast to play incarnations of him during other-worldly portions of the fantasy film, so that it could be completed.

Speaking at the premiere in Cannes, director Terry Gilliam said he hoped Ledger would be proud of the finished product.
