President-elect Barack Obama is to appear in a six-page story in the comic Spider-Man.

The story sees the superhero saving inauguration day for him, as an imposter shows up and tries to take Obama's place as president.

Editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics, Joe Quesada, says he thinks Barack Obama would be a huge Spider-Man fan.

Mr Obama told American magazine Entertainment Weekly in August 2008 that his favourite superheroes were Spider-Man and Batman because "they have some inner turmoil."

This clip contains plot spoilers.
