Ex-Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and US radio host DJ AM will perform together for the first time since surviving a plane crash.

The pair will headline a New Year's Eve party in Los Angeles.

They played their last concert in South Carolina in September, before boarding a private jet which crashed and burst into flames, killing four people.

Both men were treated in hospital for a week after suffering from severe burns in the incident.

Accident investigators said that a tyre blow-out may have been responsible for the crash.

Barker and DJ AM - real name Adam Goldstein - perform together under the name TRVSDJAM.

Blink 182 announced in 2005 that they were going on an "indefinite hiatus" with no plans to work together in the future.
