Actor Bill Murray and his wife of almost 11 years have divorced, according to court papers filed in Charleston County, South Carolina.
The couple's four children will live with their mother, Jennifer Butler Murray, the actor's second wife.
The pair married in July 1997. Murray is best known for films like Groundhog Day and Lost in Translation.
When she filed for divorce last month, Ms Murray alleged her husband abused her. The actor, 57, refused to comment.
Ms Murray will get the couple's home on Sullivan's Island, South Carolina, as well as their second home in Hemet, California.
Murray has been given visitation rights and will pay child support, the court papers also reveal.
'Deeply saddened'
In her original complaint, filed with the court on 12 May, Ms Murray alleged her husband was addicted to marijuana and alcohol.
She also alleged he would often leave home without telling her, travelling overseas to engage in "public and private altercations and sexual liaisons".
The complaint also alleged Murray physically abused his wife.
Speaking after the papers were filed, the actor's attorney said he was "deeply saddened by the break-up of his marriage", but refused to comment on the allegations.
The couple separated more than a year ago when Ms Murray moved with their four sons to Sullivan's Islands.
Murray worked with his wife, a costume designer and wardrobe supervisor, in films including Groundhog Day and Ghostbusters II.
The couple signed a prenuptial agreement before they married in which Murray agreed to pay $7 million (£3.5 million) to his ex-wife within 60 days of a final divorce decree.
