Rapper Foxy Brown is to be released from prison next week, her manager has told US music magazine Billboard.
The 29-year-old, whose real name is Inga Marchand, has served eight months of a one year sentence for violating her probation terms.
Manager Chaz Williams told Billboard she will be released from Rikers Island prison in New York on 18 April.
He also revealed that Brown is in talks with a couple of TV networks for potential shows.
Brown will also prepare for the release of her delayed album, Brooklyn's Don Diva, which is now due for release on 13 May.
"She's going to get on top of her career again," Williams said.
"She's ready to hit the ground running and do anything she needs to do to get her career back on point."
Brown was sentenced on 8 September to a year in jail for violating her probation after several arrests, including an altercation with two nail salon employees in August 2004.
