Sienna Miller is pursuing legal action against the photographer
The Sun and News of the World have paid actress Sienna Miller damages after publishing nude photographs taken while she was filming a movie.

The newspapers, along with the Xposure Photo Agency, have paid £37,500 plus legal costs to settle the dispute.

The Factory Girl and Layer Cake star sued for invasion of privacy after the pictures were printed in October.

News Group Newspapers has agreed not to republish the photos and to delete all copies, Miller's solicitor said.

But the actress is still suing the individual photographer, and an application for a default judgement will be heard next month.

The photos were taken while Miller was filming Hippie Hippie Shake, based on the memoirs of Richard Neville, who edited counterculture magazine Oz and was jailed for obscenity in 1971.

Cillian Murphy plays Neville, while Miller stars as his girlfriend Louise Ferrier.
