Channel 4's Big Brother has finished after 13 weeks. Here is a quick guide to this year's contestants.
SAM MARCHANT - JOINT 2ND
Sam and her sister Amanda (below) are the first set of twins to enter the house.
Five minutes older than her sister, she is less dominant, but more level-headed.
Even so, she admits addiction to boys, partying, shopping and all things pink and fluffy, just like her sister.
They have their own 'Twin Song' they sing when they introduce themselves to boys.
Both sisters believe that "men should always buy women drinks".
AMANDA MARCHANT - JOINT 2ND
Amanda is the more dominant of the pair, but is no less addicted to boys, partying, shopping and all things pink and fluffy.
They both say "If there's only one fit boy in the house we'll share him, definitely!"
As well as studying social work in Manchester the twins also work as promotions girls in a nightclub.
They "find politics confusing" and until recently had never been abroad.
CHARLEY UCHEA - EVICTED JULY 27 JULY
Charley is the cousin of Manchester United star Kieran Richardson and is a former lap dancer.
She rates herself 10 out of 10 for attractiveness and ruthlessness.
The wannabe singer thinks her fellow housemates will nominate her for being argumentative and unable to cook.
She says she is very competitive and always has to win. And she also admits she is not a morning person.
TRACEY BANARD - EVICTED 24 AUGUST
Tracey is a self-styled hippy raver from a small village in Cambridgeshire.
She has collected carrier bags since she was six and has never switched on a computer.
She has not worn make up in 15 years and in the future hopes to live in a shed with running water and an unblocked toilet.
Drunks, mess and laziness make her angry.
CHANELLE HAYES - WALKED OUT 30 JULY
Chanelle is obsessed with Victoria Beckham and wants to follow her idol by moving to Madrid and then LA.
She plays the violin and admits she would love to be a professional Victoria Beckham look-a-like.
Chanelle says she is intelligent but lacks common-sense and warns that she also holds a grudge.
She hopes people will recognise her in the street once she appears in the show.
LAURA WILLIAMS - EVICTED 6 JULY
Friends say she reminds them of the Little Britain character Vicky Pollard and also that she looks like Peter Kay.
Although currently a nanny, her dream in life is to own her own funeral parlour and to become an embalmer.
She volunteers at a local cemetery clearing leaves.
She never leaves the house without fake tan, she hates smokers and she does not like alcohol much.
NICKY MAXWELL - EVICTED 13 JULY
OCCUPATION: Accounts executive in a bank
Nicky was born in Mumbai, India, and adopted from a Mother Teresa orphanage at the age of one.
Her adoptive parents are Irish and Anglo-Indian.
Nicky believes love is "for losers" and hates men, however she admits to fancying Calum Best.
She recently dropped four dress sizes and her party trick is an impression of The Cheeky Girls.
She predicts the other housemates may nominate her through jealousy, because she is too straight-talking or has a penchant for extreme cleaning.
CAROLE VINCENT - FINISHED 5TH
OCCUPATION: Young people's sexual health and HIV worker
Carole is a political protester and anti-war.
She has spent most of her life actively involved in politics and welfare issues.
She is considering a tattoo for her 54th birthday and hopes to find love in the house.
ZAK "ZIGGY" LICHMAN - FINISHED 4TH
OCCUPATION: Music producer and promoter
Ziggy was the first male housemate, and says he wants to find romance during his stay on Big Brother.
Formerly a singer with failed 1990s boy band Northern Line, he has also worked as a model and music producer and recently retrained as a broker.
He is against animal cruelty, but says he hates rats and mice.
Ziggy, whose real name is Zak, says his friends would describe him as a "randy and up-for-it ladies man".
GERRY STERGIOPOULOS - EVICTED 17 AUGUST
OCCUPATION: Art gallery researcher
Gerry was born near Athens and moved to the UK twelve years ago. He studied at university for nine years and sees Big Brother as a "living specimen installation".
He describes himself as a "hedonistic hypocrite" and says he is offended by "uneducated, common people".
If he could meet anyone, it would be Sigmund Freud "to discuss psychoanalysis, human nature and instincts".
He admires Paris Hilton and is teetotal, saying sex is his only vice.
BRIAN BELO - WINNER
OCCUPATION: Data entry clerk
Brian is a self-confessed Big Brother fan, keeping every episode of the show hidden under his bed.
He also admits to being prone to tantrums, which he fears could get him nominated for eviction.
The teenager from Essex believes in cosmic ordering and claims to have learnt the art of self-hypnosis.
Brian is scared of animals and only recently went on his first plane journey, on a holiday to Amsterdam with his friends.
LIAM McGOUGH - FINISHED 3RD
OCCUPATION: Tree surgeon
Liam, from Durham, sees himself as a ladies' man and a laid-back guy-next-door type.
His philosophy is to "enjoy life and make sure that others enjoy theirs".
Liam feels he will do well in the house because he has a competitive streak, but is also a team player.
He hates rudeness, loves tact and would like to own his own business in 10 years from now.
EMILY PARR - EJECTED 7 JUNE
Emily is a Tory voter, considers herself right-wing and lists benefit cheats among her pet hates. She also says she gives herself 10 out of 10 for intelligence and says: "I don't do losing. I win".
Emily says she and her "gorgeous" 17-year-old twin sisters are known as "the Hilton sisters of Bristol".
She believes she will be the housemate whom the public most want to be friends with.
LESLEY BRAIN - WALKED OUT 9 JUNE
OCCUPATION: Retired head-hunter
Lesley is a member of the Women's Institute and believes there is a "strong possibility" she will win the show.
She has been married twice, first at 16, while her second husband is 23 years her senior.
She has a personal trainer and a cook and says she does not do "anything domestic".
She admits she has "terrible temper tantrums." Lesley once lived in Portugal and was a stand-up comedian.
SHABNAM PARYANI - EVICTED 15 JUNE
OCCUPATION: Temporary receptionist
Shabnam lives at home with her mother, who she gets on with like a sister.
She would like to be reincarnated as "another enigma" like Michael Jackson or Johnny Depp.
She lasted two days working in McDonald's - and has also had a job dressing up cartoon characters in a toy department. She also says she has never voted as she claims she "cannot be bothered".
SEANY O'KANE - EVICTED 22 JUNE
OCCUPATION: Charity worker
Originally from Derry, Northern Ireland, Seany visited the White House in his late teens to meet Hillary Clinton, whom he had written a poem for.
He also had a bit part in the film Bloody Sunday, before realising that acting wasn't for him.
Now based in Manchester, Seany went to the Michael Jackson trial in the US with a friend who is an impersonator of the singer.
He says his dream job with be inventing and testing new toys, and that his guilty secret is loving Girls Aloud.
BILLI BHATI - EVICTED 29 JUNE
Billi, from west London, has worked as a model for three years, and recently appeared in the video for Jamelia's Beware of the Dog.
The gym-goer who likes to watch what he eats is a passionate fan of wrestling, collecting memorabilia and attending conventions.
He suspects he will be nominated for being two-faced, arrogant and vain, and thinks the way to win Big Brother is through mind games and manipulation.
JONATHAN DURDEN - LEFT 3 JULY
OCCUPATION: President of a media agency
A widower with two children and a personal fortune of £5m, Londoner Jonathan claims never to have seen Big Brother.
He postponed his wedding to become a housemate on the show, his sole motivation, he says, being his ego.
Last year he wrote a column for The Guardian and once penned a novel in just a month.
He describes himself as "clever, funny, fearless and fat".
KARA-LOUISE HORNE - EVICTED 24 AUGUST
Kara-Louise is in her final year at university and hopes to go on to work her way up the ladder in PR.
If she were to be reincarnated, Kara-Louise would like to come back as Cleopatra - only if she looked like Elizabeth Taylor.
She considers herself "extremely gorgeous and exceedingly bright". She also admits to having an issue with "common people".
She believes Big Brother shows contestants' true characters and she wants to find love in the house.
DAVID PARNABY - EVICTED 3 AUGUST
Occupation: Manager for a high-street store
David considers himself an "open-minded practising pagan" and is passionate about nature.
His also loves fashion and his ultimate ambition would be to work as a stylist in London or New York. He describes his style as "eclectic and eccentric".
David says he practises witchcraft and says that he would like to be part of a coven. He works on spells for healing, good luck and love.
David claims that money is his reason for entering Big Brother and wants to win.
JONTY STERN - FINISHED 6TH
Occupation: Museum visitor assistant
Jonty is a passionate vegetarian and Doctor Who fan. He read Welsh Studies at university, where he set up and ran the Dr Who Society.
Along with his Doctor Who DVDs, he collects history books, old coins and soft toys. He speaks Welsh, French, German, Yiddish, Hebrew, Albanian and Cornish.
He is a member of many societies including the Society of Friends of King Richard III, and is an Associate Member of the Society of Friends of King Charles the Martyr.
Jonty's dream job is to be a history presenter on television and although he says he will find it difficult being in the house without his history books he might keep himself amused by playing pranks.
AMY ALEXANDRA - EVICTED 10 AUGUST
Occupation: Glamour model
Amy is a glamour model with ambitions to become a television presenter. She says she wanted to be on Big Brother to make a name for herself - and make a lot of money.
She has her own horses called Velvet and Arken, and has been horse-riding since the age of eight.
She is a teetotaller and if she could be reincarnated it would be as a boy so she could see the world through their eyes.
The person Amy says she would most like to have met is Oscar Wilde.
SHANESSA REILY - EVICTED 3 AUGUST
Occupation: Part-time care assistant
Shanessa's dream job would be a bunny girl at the Playboy mansion or a stylist to the stars.
She says she is passionate about her image and spends £600 a month on hair extensions.
Michael Douglas is her dream man, because he's distinguished. She says that she wants to give viewers something "different and strange".
Shanessa has one daughter who she describes as "mini-me".
