Take That keep UK chart top spot

Take That have the number one single and number three album
Take That have kept their grip on the UK singles chart with their 10th number one, Shine.

But their former bandmate Robbie Williams could only enter at number 16 with his new single She's Madonna, a duet with the Pet Shop Boys.

Gwen Stefani and Akon have moved up to number two with The Sweet Escape.

The Kaiser Chiefs' hit Ruby has dropped a place to number three, but the rock band are still on top of the albums chart with Yours Truly, Angry Mob.

Canadian indie group The Arcade Fire's second album, Neon Bible, could not displace the Kaiser Chiefs, instead settling in second spot.

That pushed Take That's comeback album, Beautiful World, down to number three, followed by a new entry from Russell Watson with That's Life at four.

In a busy week for new albums, Bryan Ferry came in at five with Dylanesque, Cascada entered at six with Every Time We Touch and Donny Osmond was new at seven with Love Songs of the '70s.

Amy Winehouse dropped to eight, just ahead of a new greatest hits album by Dolly Parton, with Nelly Furtado rounding out the top 10.
