Five of the world's most valuable guitars have arrived under tight security at Harrods department store in London as part of a new exhibition, Born to Rock.

Daniel Gallagher, the nephew of Irish guitarist Rory Gallagher, poses with his uncle's signed and battered 1961 Fender Stratocaster.

It is the first time the Frying Pan guitar, known as the "Mona Lisa" of the musical instrument world, has left the United States.

A photo of model Kate Moss taken by singer Bryan Adams customises another exhibit. The collection will be under guard around the clock.

Sir Peter Blake - seen with Daniel Gallagher and Joan Armatrading - helped customise some of the guitars on show.

The Born to Rock exhbition will be at Harrods until 3 March.
