Lawyers for Heather Mills McCartney have denied she has agreed to a financial settlement in her pending divorce from Sir Paul McCartney.
Mishcon de Reya Solicitors rejected a newspaper report that Sir Paul had offered a settlement worth £32m.
In a statement, the firm said: "There has been no offer made whatsoever at any time to our client and therefore no settlement has been agreed."
Sir Paul and Lady McCartney began divorce proceedings in July.
The couple had been married for four years and have a three-year-old daughter, Beatrice.
The report appeared in the News of the World.
In October, Lady McCartney announced legal action would be taken against three newspapers for "false, damaging and immensely upsetting" claims surrounding her divorce.
Mishcon de Reya said Lady McCartney had been vilified in the media, and was being "stalked" by photographers.
