The fiance of Italian actress Gina Lollobrigida has called off their wedding, according to reports in Spanish magazine Hola.
Gina Lollobrigida was originally set to marry last month
Lollobrigida, 79, was due to marry Spanish boyfriend Javier Rigau Rafols, who is 34 years her junior, in January.
Rigau blamed "constant", "unfounded" and "unlawful" media interference, according to Hola.
Lollobrigida, who starred in 1955 film The World's Most Beautiful Woman, had been dating Rigau for 22 years.
In a statement, Rigau said he "will always love and respect" the actress, Hola reported.
The couple were originally due to marry in New York last month but the wedding was rescheduled for January in Rome.
