Holmes's US TV quiz show scrapped
Eamonn Holmes
Holmes is a presenter for BBC One, Radio Five Live and Sky News
Eamonn Holmes's new US quiz show, The Rich List, has been axed by TV network Fox after just one episode.

The show, which involves contestants making lists rather than answering individual questions, was broadcast last week.

But a further five planned episodes have been pulled after its debut failed to attract enough viewers, trade paper Hollywood Reporter said.

The show was up against popular US TV shows Criminal Minds and Lost.

Fox intends to replace The Rich List with The OC in the 9pm slot.

The Rich List is produced by 12 Yard Productions, which is also responsible for In It To Win It, presented by Dale Winton on BBC One.
