Madonna arrives in Malawi

She is said to be visiting the country on a humanitarian mission to visit Aids orphans but government spokesperson Adrina Michiela tells Reuters the singer plans to adopt a child. They do not talk to reporters but Madonna's publicist distributes photos of the visit to the press. The couple will visit several more orphanages over the next three days.
