Bullock is not mentioned by name in the legal action

Actress Sandra Bullock has taken legal action against California's mental health agency to ensure she is informed on the movements of an alleged stalker.
The legal action calls on the agency to comply with a court order requiring she be notified when Thomas James Weldon is released from a Tennessee facility.
It was filed on 13 September on behalf of Bullock's film company Fortis Films.
Bullock won a restraining order against Mr Weldon in 2003 that prevents him going within 200 ft of her.
Mr Weldon, who voluntarily entered Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute before the restraining order was issued, is being considered for a 90-day leave of absence, the Associated Press reports.
E-mails and faxes
The action alleges that Mr Weldon has "a fixation with a certain employee of Fortis Films Inc" but does not mention Bullock by name.
The actress claimed he sent her e-mails and faxes and left messages with her and her family, indicating he wanted to have a relationship with her.
Bullock, 42, is best known for her roles in Speed and the Miss Congeniality films.
Last year she married US TV presenter Jesse James, host of popular motoring show Monster Garage.
