Actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, best known for his role in the hit TV show Lost, has been arrested in Hawaii for a traffic violation.
The 39-year-old British star, who plays Mr Eko in the drama, was stopped by police for disobeying a police officer and driving without a licence.
He was released on $500 (£264) bail after spending little more than six hours in jail, police said.
He will now appear in a district court on 26 September.
Mr Akinnuoye-Agbaje is the third member of the Lost cast to be arrested for a traffic offence in Hawaii, where the show is filmed.
Co-stars Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were arrested within minutes of each other last December on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Both pleaded guilty and Watros had her license suspended for 90 days together with a $312 (£165) fine. She was also ordered to undergo alcohol assessment and counselling.
Rodriguez, who had a previous drunken-driving conviction in Los Angeles and two speeding tickets in Honolulu, was sentenced to five days in jail.
