Foxy Brown is also due to stand trial for assault

Rapper Foxy Brown has missed a court hearing in New Jersey over charges filed by a former colleague.
The star's lawyer, Brian Neary, was told Brown should make sure she attends the next session, to determine whether the charges proceed.
Two complaints have been filed in court by her accuser, Rasheeda Ellis, one of which centres on her making alleged "terroristic threats".
"Foxy says she's never had a problem with this woman," Mr Neary said.
The lawyer added that he does not yet know when and where any incident may have occurred between the 26-year-old singer and Ms Ellis.

However, he confirmed that Jersey City police were not involved.

He described Ms Ellis as a former consultant to Brown's management company.
It is not the first time Foxy Brown has missed a hearing. In 2002, she skipped a court appearance in Jamaica following an altercation with a policewoman at an airport in Kingston, and was warned she would be arrested if she returned to the island.
She also faces a trial in New York, where she was charged with misdemeanour assault in a dispute with two nail salon workers over the cost of a manicure in 2004.
The star originally became prominent through featuring on records by artists such as Jay-Z and Toni Braxton. In 1999, her album Chyna Doll became the first album by a female rap artist to enter the Billboard 200 at number one.
