Former actress Sadie Frost has accepted undisclosed libel damages over a report saying she attacked a model at a party.
The Mail on Sunday claimed in August 2005 that Frost, the ex-wife of actor Jude Law, attacked the model in the ladies' toilets after a fashion event.
Her solicitor, Rebecca Leaver, said Associated Newspapers had accepted the allegations were untrue and agreed to pay her substantial compensation.
Frost, 41, was not at London's High Court for the settlement of her action.
