Ant and Dec get latex lookalikes
Spitting Image puppets of Ant and Dec
The puppets will host an ITV documentary on Spitting Image
TV presenters Ant and Dec have been turned into latex puppets for a documentary on the satirical comedy series Spitting Image.

The Saturday Night Takeaway hosts will be voiced by impressionists Jon Culshaw and Phil Cornwell in the programme.

Best Ever Spitting Image will look back at the show's most memorable puppets and sketches, which lampooned the famous using latex puppets.

The series ran from 1984-96 and attracted up to 15 million viewers.

Several famous TV personalities, including Alistair McGowan, Steve Coogan and Harry Enfield, made their names voicing the puppets.

Writers included Ian Hislop from Have I Got News For You and novelist John O'Farrell.
