Actor Leonardo DiCaprio suffered a minor leg injury while shooting new film The Blood Diamond in Mozambique.
DiCaprio's new film is set during the civil war in Sierra Leone
The Hollywood star was flown to hospital in South Africa for medical treatment on Friday.
"It was a minor injury. He was running when it happened," said the film's publicist Robert Harris.
"We took him to hospital in South Africa because we just wanted to make sure he was OK, and that done, he is now back to work."
The 31-year-old actor was at the Nelspruit Medi-Clinic, near South Africa's Kruger National Park, for approximately two hours, according to a hospital spokeswoman Robyn Baard.
DiCaprio was believed to have returned to Mozambique for filming on Saturday in the capital Maputo - where security on set has been tight.
Directed by The Last Samurai's Edward Zwick, the film follows the battle of wits which ensues between a farmer, a smuggler and a group of businessmen over possession of a priceless diamond.
