Farrell sex tape case to continue

Farrell is starring in a remake of 80s TV show Miami Vice

A US judge has ruled that a case involving an explicit tape made by actor Colin Farrell and a former girlfriend should proceed.

Former glamour model Nicole Narain has been instructed to respond to Farrell's assertion that the video should never be distributed publicly.

She originally attempted to have the Irish actor's claim dismissed.

An order prohibiting the tape from being distributed has been in place since July 2005.
