Police were called to South Beach in the early hours of Friday following a fight involving a group of men.
When a passer-by who recorded the incident refused to hand the tape over, one of men started shooting.

Young Jeezy - real name Jay Jenkins - was charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, which were allegedly found under his seat in the sports utility vehicle he was travelling in and one near the armrest.
Two others in the group were also arrested, with one facing a robbery charge while the other was taken into custody relating to an earlier warrant.
Young Jeezy, who sports a full set of gold teeth, has recorded collaborations with Jay-Z and Christina Milian and also leant his voice to a mix of Mariah Carey's track Shake It Off.
